A valid current vaccination certificate must be produced at time of arrival. A cat cannot be accepted without a valid current vaccination card. The treatment must have been completed at least 14 days before boarding. As required by boarding license, the certificate will be retained by Greenacre Cattery during the boarding period.
The cat must be treated against worms and fleas prior to boarding.
Vets details must be supplied at the time of boarding.
Un-neutered male cats cannot be accepted for boarding after 9 months of age
Only cats from the same family can share the same unit.
Payment by cash, cheque (payable to Greenacre Cattery), or credit card.
If you need to cancel a booking we would appreciate as much notice as possible, but we will make no charge if at least 14 days notice of the cancellation is given. If you are unable to give us more than 14 days notice of a cancellation, we will ask you to pay 50% of the total booking fee, to compensate us for the potentially empty accommodation.
You are responsible for transporting your cat in a suitable safe and secure carrier.
Any medicines/prescription food must be supplied by the owner at time of boarding.
A condition of boarding is that your cat is in a fit and healthy condition. Any cat showing signs of ill health may be refused admission, to safeguard the health of all boarding cats.
We reserve the right to seek veterinary advice and treatment if necessary. Any costs involved will be paid for at the time of collection.
